Support of Public and Private Institutions and Support Agreements

The Foundation ECO-RAEE´s has signed Support Agreements with different Professional Associations of the electronic and electrical sector for the collection of waste. We mention the following among others:

• Valencian Association of Computer Shops (AVINFO)

• Association of Repair and Technical Services (ASETECO).

• Association of Large Household Appliances Shops (COMELEC).

• Spanish Recovery Federation, (FER) where they are members the main treatment plants and logistic partners in the e-waste field.

• Valencian Government for collection and recovery of the weee located in the clean points around the Valencian Community

• Signed Contracts with all the Authorised Weee Treatment Plants

• Signed Contracts with authorised logistic partners all around Spain.

• The support of Technological and Research Institutes like ITACA, ITE and AIMME, such as the European Center for Valencian Innovate Companies (CEEI) related with the Institute of Middle and Small Valencian Companies (IMPIVA).

• The support of the Valencian Chambre of Commerce, and member of the Environment work groups.

• Association of dangerous and non-dangerous partners in Valencian Community (AGENOPE) and Catalonia (Gremi de Recuperadors de Catalunya) and Canary Islands.

Services offered to the members of the Foundation

All the services offered by the Foundation ECO-RAEE´s to the members are addressed to accomplish the liabilities imposed by law as producers and importers of electronic and electrical equipment, such all services related with the adecuate accomplishment of the Law 208/2005 dated 25^th February and the European Directive 2002 / 96.

Hereby there is a list of some of the services offered by the Foundation ECO-RAEE’s:

- Technical and Legal Adviser

- Logistic for the delivery of recipients for collection, trucking and treatment of the weee.

- Value of the weee whenever there is price in the market

- Computer system through our web site, www.eco-raee.com , for the proper weee collection from the weee is located to the suitable treatment plant.

- Inscription of our members in the Ministry of Environment and the Registration in the Spanish Communitties.

- Accomplishment of RoHs Directive, and recovery of the dangerous components from the electronic and electrical devices.

- Any other service upon request of our members.
